Why independent survey matters, especially in Turkey
Turkey's market includes locally-built wooden gulets, production FRP yachts, charter veterans, and heavily customised vessels. High UV, heat, and intensive seasonal use leave signatures on hulls and machinery that only a trained eye catches. A broker, seller, or yard may have a commercial interest in the deal completing. A surveyor's only interest is yours.
